While this is not a business as usual situation, Canadian Premier is committed to keeping business moving forward. Here are some of the steps we are taking:

• The team is actively monitoring changes in the environment and assessing the evolving health risks posed by COVID-19 to lessen any impact on our employees, customers and other stakeholders.

• Our claims and customer service centers are operating during regular business hours Monday through Friday, and we are not experiencing any interruption in service or additional wait times.

• Canadian Premier is working closely with its distribution partners, clients, and other stakeholders to asses and mitigate any immediate business risks.

Canadian Premier is a financially strong organization. We are well positioned to withstand market volatility and will continue to respond to ongoing changes with a measured approach.
