Dwight has more than 20 years’ experience coaching, developing and managing high performing teams. His collaborative approach to client and customer experience ensures Canadian Premier continues to achieve operational and service excellence across its Bank and Retail operations. Dwight works with an eye to future; balancing the organization’s current and future needs by seeking opportunities to apply new and emerging ideas to the benefit of our business and customers. Dwight is an active mentor for new to Canada professionals, and participates in a number of industry groups.
